We are WhiteOakEvents. We are a unique business providing a number of services to cater for all event sizes.

We love what we do, and we're here to look after your event needs.

Established in 2017, starting with video production and our vintage Piaggeo Ape coffee van, we expanded our family of vintage vans, welcoming 5 Citroen HY vans which broadened our services, from Coffee to Cocktails and even a fully stocked Ice Cream unit.

We offer a bespoke full bar service, which includes a full free standing bar, and trained mixologists and bar tenders.

We have a number of mobile Citroen HY vans, each designed to cater a different event

Bar Service

We supply a fully equipped bar neatly built into our vintage HY van. Whether it's in the middle of the countryside or Dublin City centre, we have you covered.
